Tragic accident that occurred on December 15 in Manhattan, New York. 36-year-old Keith Harvey died after being struck by a Long Island Rail Road train near Track 17. Harvey was pronounced deceased at the scene. A married father of two sons, Harvey was headed home after attending a holiday party in Manhattan.
