36-Year-Old John Winn Killed In Washington, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, December 27 at about 6 pm in Washington, Texas. 36-year-old John Winn was tragically killed when his motorcycle was struck by a pick up truck on the highway 105. He was traveling eastbound, when he was struck by a Ford F250 attempting to turn west in front of the bike onto 105 from Farm to Market 912. Winn was then hit by a second pick up, and sadly pronounced dead at the scene. 31-year-old Kathryn Winn, a passenger on the bicycle was transported to Saint Joseph’s Regional Hospital in Bryan in critical condition. The crash remains under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
