35-Year-Old Tiffany Kelly Killed In Saint Clair, IL Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 28 in Saint Clair, Illinois. 35-year-old Tiffany R. Kelly died in a fatal accident on Interstate 55 at exit 4 near Illinois 203. Involved in the incident were two vehicles: an SUV and a tractor-trailer. ISP said that Kelly was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident, with the Illinois State Police leading the efforts. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
