35-Year-Old Peter Tse Killed In Brooklyn, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, October 11 at around 1:15 AM in Brooklyn, New York. 35-year-old Peter Tse was tragically killed by an alleged drunken driver that fled the scene after striking him. The victim was standing outside a vehicle in the left westbound lanes of the Belt Parkway after a minor fender bender. That is when, a Nissan Rogue driving at a high rate of speed, hit the police car then struck the victim. The victim was thrown over the median and onto the eastbound lanes. He was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 35-year-old Audrey Edmond, she now faces charges of manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, speeding, and driving while intoxicated.
