35-Year-Old John Vielle Killed in Rialto, CA Accident

Speeding vehicle crashes into tree; DUI suspected

A tragic accident occurred on May 23 in Rialto, California, when 35-year-old John Vielle was killed in a suspected DUI crash. Around 10:30 p.m., a speeding vehicle lost control near San Bernardino Avenue and struck a tree. Vielle, a San Bernardino resident, died at the scene. The driver and another passenger were hospitalized in serious condition. Authorities believe intoxication was a factor but have not made any arrests.
