35-Year-Old Brandi Carter Killed in Winona, TX Accident

A tragic accident occurred on October 15 in Winona, Texas, when 35-year-old Brandi Carter was killed in a head-on collision. A northbound vehicle, driven by a 31-year-old man, crossed into her lane on FM 2015, striking her southbound car. Another person, aged 31, was also involved. Carter died at the scene. The driver, suspected of intoxication, was arrested. Authorities are investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victims’ families.
