34-Year-Old Vincent Oliver Involved In Tampa, FL Accident

Hit and run on Busch Blvd

Tragic accident that occurred on April 18 in Tampa, Florida. A 23-year-old was fatally injured when he was struck by a hit-and-run motorist while in a crosswalk along Busch Boulevard. 34-year-old Vincent Thomas Oliver left the scene in his vehicle, later stopped near a convenience store, and ran from there on foot. He was subsequently located, placed under arrest, and charged with DUI manslaughter, leaving the scene of a crash with death, driving without a license, resisting an officer without violence, and additional traffic infractions. Sadly, the victim died from injuries he sustained in the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
