Tragic accident that occurred on July 18th in Thomasville, North Carolina. 34-year-old Joseph Stone was killed after being struck by an Amtrak train near Oak Knoll Drive. Joseph Craig Stone died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. Investigation into the incident is underway by the Amtrak and Davidson County Sheriff’s Department.
