A tragic accident occurred on February 12 in San Antonio, Texas, when 33-year-old Glenn Cabatbat was killed after his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck on South Flores Street at Congress Avenue around 10:30 p.m. Impairment is suspected as a factor.
