31-Year-Old Randi Fritze Killed In Fargo, ND Accident

Driver charged with felony reckless endangerment and failing to report a fatal accident.

Tragic accident in Cass County


Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, December 11 in Fargo North Dakota. 31-year-old Randi Fritze sadly died trying to escape from Dylan Lepards vehicle during a police chase. Lepard sped away from an officer after trying to stop the vehicle, and was charged with felony reckless endangerment and failing to report a fatal accident. Ms. Fritze a passenger in the vehicle was found and sadly pronounced dead in the parking lot of an apartment complex at the 2700 block of 32nd Ave. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
