31-Year-Old Kaliesha Smith Injured in Dallas TX Accident

Serious Injuries Result from Head-On Crash on Dallas North Tollway

A tragic accident occurred on May 18 in Dallas, Texas, when 31-year-old Kaliesha Smith was seriously injured in a wrong-way collision on the Dallas North Tollway. At about 4:34 a.m., a 2020 Dodge Durango traveling north in the southbound lanes near Interstate 635 struck a 2018 Mercedes CLA250 head-on. Two people in the Mercedes, including the driver, died. Smith and the Dodge driver were both hospitalized with serious injuries. Intoxication is suspected. The investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
