Tragic accident that occurred on March 10 in Nice, California. 31-year-old Joseph Timothy Torres was killed when the vehicle they were riding in crashed and went into a swimming pool on Butte Street, A Subaru drove over the embankment, struck a fence, and landed upside down in the pool. Torres, who was riding in the back seat, and the driver were killed in the collision. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
