31-Year-Old Harold Bowman Jr. Injured In Toledo, OH Accident

Alcohol contributed to crash on Woodruff Ave.

Tragic accident that occurred on April 2nd, in Toledo, Ohio. 31-year-old Harold Bowman Jr. was injured in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and West Woodruff Avenue. According to the Toledo Police Department, Bowman was driving a vehicle southbound when another vehicle, driven by Raymond Wlodarski, bypassed a flashing red signal at the intersection and collided with Bowman.  Bowman's vehicle was thrown off the road and hit a tree. Bowman was taken to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center for treatment. Authorities say they suspect alcohol played a role in the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
