A tragic accident occurred on September 19 in Palmdale, California, when 31-year-old Chelsea Jewkes was killed in a head-on collision. Around 5:15 p.m., a black Mercedes-Benz fleeing a previous crash struck her Lexus at 22nd Street West and Avenue N. Jewkes died at the scene. One passenger in her car was critically injured, and two others, including a pregnant woman, were hospitalized. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
