Tragic accident that occurred on February 7th in Chisholm, Minnesota. 30-year-old Samuel Jason Smith was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 37. The MSP’s report stated that the crash occurred when a Sierra attempted to make a left turn in front of the victims Chevy Blazer. Smith was taken to Virginia Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
