30-Year-Old Joseph Badger Killed In Halfmoon, NY Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on December 20th in Halfmoon, New York. 30-year-old Joseph D. Badger was tragically killed after being struck by a Chevrolet Silverado on Hudson River Road. Badger was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The Chevrolet driver, identified as Charles Pafundi, remained at the scene to cooperate with investigators. The sheriff’s Office Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the collision and is assisted by the Investigations Unit and the UAS (drone) unit. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
