Tragic accident that occurred on October 20 in Hanford, California. 3-year-old granddaughter Jaylee Castro  died in a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident at the intersection of Third and Phillips Streets. Information about the driver was not released, but police said impairment was not a factor. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
