Pedestrian struck days earlier dies from injuries, no charges expected

A tragic accident occurred on March 30 in Robstown, Texas, when 29-year-old Richard Soto Jr. was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle. He was transported to a hospital, placed on life support, and later died on April 3. Authorities said no charges are expected against the driver. The investigation remains ongoing.
