Motorcyclist severely injured in hit-and-run crash on Kermit Highway

A tragic accident occurred on April 10 in Odessa, Texas, when Richard Ramirez was arrested following a hit-and-run crash on the 2100 block of Kermit Highway. Police said a Chevrolet Traverse struck a motorcyclist while attempting to pass, leaving the victim with life-threatening injuries. Ramirez allegedly fled the scene and was later arrested after being identified. The investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
