29-Year-Old Joseph Alton Killed In Santa Ana, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on April 25 in Santa Ana, California. 29-year-old Joseph Alton was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver at First and Sullivan Streets. A vehicle was traveling west when the driver struck Alton, who was standing in the roadway. The motorist reportedly took off, heading westbound. Tragically, Alton was pronounced dead at the scene. Police later arrested the hit-and-run driver and he was booked on suspicion of felony hit-and-run. The Santa Ana Police Department Collision Investigation Unit is investigating.
