Pedestrian killed on Highway 101

Tragic accident that occurred on February 19th in Santa Rosa, California.  29-year-old Jesus Jiminez Hernandez was charged in a crash that killed a pedestrian.  A pedestrian was tragically struck and killed by Hernandez who was impaired. The unidentified victim was struck on Highway 101. Sadly, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers from the California Highway Patrol (CHP) determined that Hernandez was impaired and he was arrested on charges of driving under the influence. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
