Motorcyclist dies after collision involving alleged impaired driver in Des Moines

A tragic accident occurred on April 17 in King County, Washington, when 28-year-old Charles Vincent Reyes Febrer was killed in a crash in the 22500 block of 7th Avenue South in Des Moines. Authorities said he was struck by a vehicle driven by an alleged intoxicated driver. Febrer was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver was arrested. The investigation is ongoing.
