27-Year-Old Manuel Leon Killed In Valley Center, CA Accident

Hit and run on Cole Grade Rd

Tragic accident that occurred on April 10 in Valley Center, California. Fallbrook construction flagman, identified as 27-year-old Manuel Leon, was killed in a hit-and-run collision while he was supervising traffic along Cole Grade Road. That is when he was hit by a tan Toyota Corolla along Cool Valley Road. Sadly, Leon died as a result of injuries sustained in the collision. Lopez was booked into the Vista Detention Facility on multiple charges, including felony hit-and-run. An investigation is underway. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim
