27-Year-Old Juan Garcia Injured in Vancouver, WA Accident

Suspect apprehended following suspected DUI rollover

A tragic accident occurred on May 6 in Vancouver, Washington, when 27-year-old Juan C. Garcia was ejected from a speeding 2002 Toyota 4-Runner during a rollover on the I-205 on-ramp from Highway 500. The 25-year-old female driver lost control around 3:50 p.m.; the SUV hit a ditch and overturned. Garcia was hospitalized with injuries. The driver, also injured, was arrested for suspected vehicular assault. Authorities believe impairment was involved.We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
