27-Year-Old Gary Graber Killed in Baytown, TX Accident

Struck by police patrol vehicle on Texas 146

A tragic accident occurred on December 14 in Baytown, Texas, when 27-year-old Gary Lane Graber of Harris County was struck and killed by a marked Baytown Police Department patrol vehicle. Around 1:30 a.m., Graber was walking along Texas 146 near Port Road after stopping due to an oil leak in his vehicle when the collision occurred. The on-duty officer was not injured. Authorities continue to investigate. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
