A tragic accident occurred on February 14 in San Antonio, Texas, when 27-year-old Brandon Michael Rogers was killed after being struck by a vehicle in the 3800 block of North Loop 1604 East near Bulverde Road just before 11 p.m. Rogers was pronounced dead at the scene from blunt force injuries. The driver remained at the scene. Authorities continue to investigate the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
