An SUV was traveling east on the westbound side of the US-70 Bypass when the driver crashed head-on into another vehicle carrying four people. A passenger in the wrong-way vehicle identified as Antonio Winston was transported to a hospital, where he was in stable condition. Alcohol and drugs have not been ruled out as possible factors.
