Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, August 28 at around 11:18 PM in Lockport, New York. 26-year-old Osmer Perez-Joaquin was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle on Slayton Settlement Road. The victim was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
