Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, June 18 at around 11:32 PM in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 26-year-old Jason Lafler was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle on Highway One. The victim was transported to Unity Point Health St. Luke’s Hospital where he was tragically pronounced dead. The driver of the vehicle that struck the victim has been identified as 37-year-old Christopher Christensen. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
