Pedestrian critically injured in hit-and-run crash on State Highway 100

A tragic accident occurred on March 28 in Laguna Heights, Texas, when Hector Ulises Guzman-Soto was arrested following a hit-and-run crash on State Highway 100 and Adams Street. Authorities said a pedestrian was struck by a Chevrolet Sonic around midnight and transported to hospital in critical but stable condition. Guzman-Soto allegedly fled the scene but was later apprehended and charged. The investigation is ongoing.
