26-Year-Old Carlos Campos Seriously Injured in Dallas, TX Accident

Driver fled after striking victim’s vehicle

A tragic accident occurred on August 19 in Dallas, Texas, when 26-year-old Carlos Campos was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash on South Cockrell Hill Road. According to the Dallas Police Department, the accident happened around 6 a.m. when a northbound tractor-trailer struck Campos’ vehicle and then fled the scene. Campos was transported to the hospital, where doctors were forced to amputate his left arm. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
