A tragic accident occurred on September 21 in Orange, California, when an 80-year-old man was fatally struck while crossing La Veta Avenue. Authorities confirmed the driver, 26-year-old Bryan Reyes of Santa Ana, was allegedly intoxicated at the time of the crash. Reyes was arrested and booked into Orange County Jail on charges of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim..
