Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, May 21 in Cahokia, Illinois. 25-year-old Andrew V. Parnell was tragically killed in a solo vehicle crash in the 4500 block of Lake Drive. He was tragically pronounced dead at around 1:40 AM. The crash remains under investigation and no other information has been made available at this time.
