Driver struck and killed in hit-and-run on West Loop South

A tragic accident occurred on March 31 in Houston, Texas, when 24-year-old Sincere Barrette was killed in a hit-and-run on West Loop South. After a minor crash with a Toyota Highlander, Barrette exited his vehicle and was struck by an unknown driver who fled the scene. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
