Around 1 a.m., a Kia sedan driven by Iris Salmeron struck a disabled Nissan on the southbound 605 Freeway near Rosecrans Avenue. The Nissan caught fire, killing all four inside, including Partidge and one of them was Sam Skocili. Salmeron was arrested for DUI.
