23-Year-Old Ryan Livingston Killed in Midland, TX Accident

Struck near N. Carver Avenue

A tragic accident occurred on December 21 in Midland, Texas, when 23-year-old Ryan Livingston was struck by an eastbound Union Pacific train in the 400 block of N. Carver Avenue. Authorities said he was using his cellphone near the tracks. Livingston was transported to Midland Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The collision remains under investigation.
