23-Year-Old Lavelle Hayes Killed In Victorville, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, April 11th at around 9:30 PM in Victorville, California. 23-year-old Lavelle Hayes was tragically killed when a San Bernardino sheriff's cruiser crashed into his vehicle on Tawney Ridge Lane.  A deputy's patrol car was driving north on Amargosa Road when he collided with Mr. Hayes' vehicle at the intersection. According to The Sheriff's Department, the deputy was responding to a fatal collision between a vehicle and a golf cart at the time of the collision. Witnesses reported that the patrol vehicle did not have emergency light or sirens operating at the time of the crash. Mr. Hayes sadly died from injuries sustained in the crash.
