22-Year-Old Cassi Tejeda Killed In Chico, CA Accident

One man charged with gross vehicular manslaughter

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, January 30 in Chico, California. 22-year-old Cassi Tejeda was tragically killed in a fatal drunken driving crash near Neal Dow Elementary. Tejeda was in one of the vehicles that crashed at the intersections of East Fifth Avenue and Neal Dow Avenue. Chico Police Department officers arrested 31-year-old Matthew Moen and charged him with two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
