A tragic accident occurred on September 13 in Corpus Christi, Texas, when 22-year-old Aracely Vera was killed in a crash on Highway 44. Authorities said a man was arrested in connection with the wreck and now faces intoxication manslaughter charges. The Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed Vera’s identity following the crash. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
