21-Year-Old Nathan Montoyo Injured in Odessa, TX Accident

Driver Hurt After Two-Vehicle Collision

A tragic accident occurred on December 8 in Odessa, Texas, when 21-year-old Nathan Montoyo was injured in a two-vehicle collision at Andrews Highway and 42nd Street. Police said a speeding Mazda MPV ran a red light and struck Montoyo’s eastbound Ford Mustang around 11:09 p.m. The Mazda’s driver died at the hospital, and a passenger suffered life-threatening injuries. Montoyo was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and later released. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
