21-Year-Old Fatima -Flores Killed in Sullivan County, TN Accident

Passenger ejected after vehicle ran off Highway 421

A tragic accident occurred on October 7 in Sullivan County, Tennessee, when a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox ran off Highway 421 near Shady Ford Road around 4 a.m. Fatima Guadalupe Valenzuela-Flores, 21, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said the driver fled but was later arrested and charged with vehicular homicide, DUI, and reckless endangerment. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
