21-Year-Old David Morales Ramos Dies in Smith County, TX Accident

Passenger from Kilgore loses life in Highway 31 collision

A tragic accident on September 29 in Smith County took the life of 21-year-old David Morales Ramos. The Texas DPS reported that a 19-year-old driver went the wrong way on State Highway 31 East and crashed nearly head-on. Ramos, a passenger, died at the scene. 20-year-old Jonathan Josue Perez was also killed in the same incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
