A tragic accident occurred on September 5 in Houston, Texas, when a pedestrian was struck and killed on Country Creek near Club Creek Drive. The suspect, identified as 20-year-old Yimmy Ulloa-Padilla, was arrested after allegedly fleeing the scene. Authorities said he faces charges of DWI and failure to stop and render aid.
