Tragic accident that occurred on October 31 in Kennewick, Washington. 20-year-old William Shuck was driving west in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 82 when he crashed into a vehicle driven by a 20-year-old woman and her 11-month-old child. The child was uninjured but the mother was transported to a hospital. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
