20-Year-Old Mohammad Matin Injured in Olivehurst, CA Accident

A tragic accident occurred in Olivehurst, California, on April 2, Wednesday afternoon, injuring 20-year-old Mohammad Matin of Roseville. CHP said a Honda Accord struck a Toyota Camry, causing it to spin out and roll over on McGowan Parkway. Matin, a passenger in the Toyota, sustained injuries and was taken to Adventist Health/Rideout Medical Center. The Toyota’s driver, an 18-year-old North Highlands man, died at the scene. Another Toyota passenger and three people in the Honda were also injured. The investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
