20-Year-Old Joshua Parked Injured In Westmoreland, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 13th in Westmoreland, New York. 20-year-old Joshua Parker was injured in a collision on Route 365. Parker experienced vehicle trouble while driving westbound. As he continued west with his hazard lights on at a reduced speed, he was struck from behind by a vehicle transporting medical test samples.  The victim was taken to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital to be treated for injuries. The driver of the second vehicle did not survive the accident.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
