Tragic accident that occurred on March 20th in Cottonwood, California. 20-year-old Jordan Verdugo was tragically killed in an accident on Interstate 5 when the Kia he was a passenger in struck a big rig on the shoulder. Verdugo was a passenger in a Kia that entered the west shoulder and crashed into a big rig parked on the south shoulder. No additional details were released by authorities .We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
