20-Year-Old Augustin Rasmussen Injured In Finlayson Twp., MN Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, May 4 at around 11:38 AM in Finlayson Township, Minnesota. 20-year-old Augustine Rasmussen was seriously injured in a two vehicle collision on Highway 23. 20-year-old Eleanor Peterson was operating a Toyota Corolla that Rasmussen was a passenger in. The Corolla was traveling westbound when it crossed left of center, and collided head on with a Honda CRV. The victim was transported to St. Mary’s for treatment of life threatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
