A tragic accident occurred on August 6 in Natomas, California, when 19-year-old Ricky Rey Reyes Jr. was struck and killed at a bus stop on Del Paso and El Centro roads. The incident happened around 3:15 p.m. as Reyes waited after finishing a trade school tour. Police say the driver was under the influence and taken to a hospital.
