Ms. McNeal was driving a vehicle east when her vehicle was seen veering uncontrollably across all lanes before it struck the center divider. The vehicle came to a stop and Ms. McNeal exited her vehicle in the number 3 lane. She was then struck by multiple vehicles on the freeway. The victim was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
